You can fully delete your Carioca Beach account from the app.
In the app
- Open Carioca Beach and sign in with Google.
- Go to Carioca account.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm twice and sign in with Google again when asked.
This deletes your Firebase Auth user, the users/{uid} profile (friends, requests, invites and blocks), the reserved alias, and removes you from open rooms. Match history that other players still need is anonymized (your alias becomes “Jugador”); we do not erase their game.
If you cannot open the app
Email soporte@acfactory.com from the same Google address, subject “Delete Carioca account”, and your alias if you remember it. We process requests within a reasonable time (at most 30 days).
