Carioca Beach (“the app”) is a card game published by AC Factory for Android. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can delete it. Minimum age: 13+.

2. Data we collect
- Google account: email and name Google shares at sign-in (email is not shown to other players).
- User ID: Firebase Auth uid.
- Game profile: alias, catalog avatar, country, visibility (all searches / friends only / hidden) and invite preference.
- Social: friends, requests, play invites and blocks.
- Stats: played / won / lost versus a friend; approximate presence (
lastSeen). - Online matches: table state (hands, turns) to play; rival hands never leave the server.
- Reports: if you report someone, we store your uid, the reported uid, reason, alias at that time, and date.
- Ads (AdMob): advertising ID, technical data and, in the EEA/UK, UMP consent. See section 5.
- Diagnostics: App Check / Play Integrity device token to protect APIs. Local preferences (language, volumes, sequence) stay on the phone.
3. Why we use it
To identify you, reserve a unique alias, show friends and online tables, apply visibility, prevent abuse (reports, rate limits, App Check) and show ads. We do not sell your profile. We do not use your matches to train third-party models.
4. Processors
Account, rooms and matches are processed with Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, App Check, Hosting) on our behalf. Google may process data under its own policy.
5. AdMob and ads
The app shows Google AdMob banners in the menu and waiting screens. There are no ads during a match or over the cards. AdMob may use the advertising ID, device data and, if you consented, identifiers for personalized ads. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland we show the UMP form before the first ad; you can review consent in Settings. The app is 13+ (not directed at children under 13; no “designed for children” label).

6. Retention
Profile and social graph last as long as the account exists. Online matches are kept as needed for play and other players’ history (anonymized if you delete your account). Reports are kept for moderation. Ads are retained by Google under its policy.
7. How to delete your account
In the app: Carioca account → Delete my account (double confirmation and Google reauthentication). You can also follow delete account or email soporte@acfactory.com.
8. Age
Not intended for children under 13. If we find such an account, we delete it.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date.
